Who are we?
Hi I’m LaRitta Webb, an entrepreneur and fitness enthusiast from Gary, Indiana, currently residing in Texas, and the founder of 3L Fitness. Like many - I tried fad diets for quick returns, and like many - it had major consequences. I struggled with a number of health issues that impacted my quality of life, self-esteem, and the way I showed up in the world.
After discovering how to heal my body, I finally understood the meaning of true health and happiness. And the reality is: it’s not a quick fix! It’s a lifelong commitment to respecting your body, nourishing your soul, and ingraining healthy habits that have a huge effect.
One of those healthy habits is taking preventative charge of your health through stretching and addressing minor aches and pains - before they grow into something more. As a certified personal trainer and successful fitness competitor I created an inexpensive solution to assist with pain - 3L Fit Roller balls! I also offer meal plans & other helpful get-healthy tools for those ready to make change -- for real this time. There is an epidemic of preventable illness and we at 3LFitness would like to assist in putting an end to this.
It’s a daily decision towards a better life. You just have to take the first step.
