Cancellation Policy
Sunday Snatch Session: Class Policy & Waiver Class Policy: Cancellation: We require 24-hour notice for class cancellations. No refunds or credits will be issued for missed classes. Arrival: Please arrive 5-10 minutes early to ensure a proper warm-up and to secure your spot. Attire: Wear comfortable workout clothes and proper athletic footwear. Bring water! Modifications: Let the instructor know of any injuries or limitations so they can offer modifications for your safety. Intensity: This class is high-energy. Listen to your body and adjust exercises to your fitness level. Waiver: Participation in the Sunday Snatch Session class is at your own risk. 3L Fitness assumes no liability for any injuries or illnesses sustained during the class. By signing up for this class, you agree to the following: - I am in good health and physically able to participate in this class. - I consult with a physician before starting any new exercise program, especially if I have any existing health conditions. - I will immediately notify the instructor of any pain or discomfort during the class. - I understand that 3L Fitness is not liable for any personal belongings lost or stolen during the class. - I acknowledge that all class fees are non-refundable. Please note: You will be required to sign an additional waiver for the gym before participating in your first Sunday Snatch Session class.
